  • Springfit are delighted to announce we are running more of our popular gymnastics and trampoline classes at East Grinstead’s Jubilee Centre in Charlwoods Lane RH19 2HL.

    Gymnastics sessions currently run from 4pm-5pm (beginners), 5pm-6pm & 6pm-7pm (Improvers) and 7pm-8pm (advanced) for ages 4 and up. Trampoline classes also run at 4pm, 5pm, 6pm and 7pm for all abilities.

  • SkyRobics, offered by Sky Zone indoor trampoline park, is a heart-pumping trampoline cardio class that can burn up to 1,000 calories per hour. The floor is made up of squares of trampoline divided by non-bouncy mats (see the photo above), and the majority of the class involves jumping back and forth, up and down, and diagonally from one square to the next.     Reservation & Cancellation Policy: Reservations are required for all classes. There is a $10/spot non-refundable reservation deposit that will be charged to a VISA or MC at the time the reservation is made. This $10 will be applied to the cost of your class as long as you do not cancel or change your reservation. If you cancel or change your reservation greater than 48 hours in advance of the class reserved, you will forfeit the $10/spot that has been charged to your credit card. If you change or cancel your reservation within 48 hours of the scheduled class, your credit card will be charged the remaining balance due for the cost of the class you had reserved.

  • We have an above-ground trampoline with a rebounding bed that can allow students to learn the fundamentals of body awareness and train for somersaults and twisting skills. Techniques learned on trampoline are directly applicable to ANY aerial or gymnastic pursuit, whether it is simply strengthening core muscles or developing the timing and spotting skills necessary to catch your double on the flying trapeze.

    Classes are available as group sessions of 60 or 90 minutes with up to four students per class. Class time may be shortened with fewer participants as appropriate for number of participants and physical ability. Private classes can also be booked, starting at $80 for one person for one hour (call TSNY office to make arrangements).

    In addition to trampoline practice time, classes include an active warm up with stretching, strength conditioning, and flexibility training. Tips and strategies for continuing your training at home will also be provided. Regardless of your background, you'll be able to learn at your own pace and interest level.

    Beginners will focus on developing core strength, establishing proper body alignment, and increasing proprioceptive and kinesthetic awareness (knowing what's going on while flying through the air). These skills are applicable not only to advancement on the trampoline, but are also requisites for any aerial sport.

    More advanced students will progress to more difficult skills, including multiple twisting somersaults and stringing together combinations of skills.

    No jewelry, sunglasses, hats, or street clothes are worn on the trampoline. Only proper gym attire (snug fitting shirt and shorts or tights) will be permitted. Students must wear socks or special gym slippers.

    We recommend that you begin taking our trampoline classes once you have attained Level 2 status. Trampoline classes are required to advance to the next level of flying and become an intermediate student.

    Hard work and fun. How often do those go together? They do with our Trampoline Fitness classes! Trampoline Fitness is low impact fat burning exercise that improves balance and coordination and it is fun and energizing! The workout consists of moves from many different workout activities, and it incorporates some moves that can only be done on a trampoline. Studies show that an hour of jumping on a trampoline burns over 1000 calories. It’s the best cardio you will ever enjoy.

Carlee started teaching trampoline workout classes in October 2014 and cannot get enough of it. Carlee grew up in SoCal where she was a competitive cheerleader for 8 years. Carlee moved to San Francisco to study Recreation Administration at SF State. She has always been into alternative fitness versus taking a jog. She is not only an Air Conditioning instructor at House of Air, but also the Programs and Safety Manager - Carlee loves feedback for anything House of Air related if you have it! When she isn't at House of Air, Carlee spends her time taking indoor cycling classes or cooking. PS - You are promised at least two forms of squats in her class! She teaches Thursday and Saturday Classes!
